Before majoring in Graphic Design, throughout highschool I was on track of being in the medical field, but I could not find my field of expertise which led me to be super indecisive. My medical science teacher at the time wanted me to write a paper on what my options were for what I possibly wanted to for the medical field and what I would maybe do if I was not going to the medical field, I wrote about arts. When she read these papers, she told me there was a noticeable difference in passion between the two. She even said I was “glowing” when I further talked to her about it.
I have always wanted to have some part of me attached to some form of work whether that was indirectly or directly. While Medical was more direct with the person potentially having my name attached to some huge form of work lights, a fire inside of me. I want to make an impact on people’s lives even if it is indirect with Graphic Design.
A little more about myself is that I grew up playing video games, it is my main hobby. I find it to be the best form of connecting, and staying connected, with others such as distant family and friends. Videogames have been the main inspiration for my passion for the arts, I feel like a lot of people undermine the idea of videogames being seen as a form of art because of the general view of gaming. I enjoy putting myself out there when I get comfortable enough to. I like to say I am not soley extroverted or introverted, but I am more of a middle ground between the two if that makes sense. I think that is enough about myself to get an idea of my background of what led me here so if you have any questions, please shoot me an email.
